Services performed by me will cost you less because your system will be repaired correctly the first time in an efficient and data safe manner.  You are in control of your data and I will help you retrieve it, if necessary.  Try my service once and you will return with repeat business and recommend me to your friends.  I want to be your computer repair guy...

I am current with all necessary certifications and background experience (See BIO section) with WANs and LANs.  I can troubleshoot and repair issues related to
connectivity  (if you can't connect to your network or internet service provider)




Computer Repair types
Level 1 )  Software only issue (internet access Okay).  Hardware works as expected and the problem is related to one of the following.

• Malware removal  (eg. Virus, Trojan Horse, AddWare, anti virus application issue)
• Operating System Issue (internet Okay)
• Application Issue (eg. Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Accrobat)

Level 2)  The problem is level 2 if the problem is hardware related or not readily apparent or cannot be ascertained over the phone.  In this case a site visit will be necessary.  Of course you are welcome to bring the computer to me, saving the trip reducing the repair cost to you.
